CRYOGONIA offers the unique combination of the application of internationally recognized know-how, adapted to the needs and the profile of a modern Greek Sperm Bank.
All of our staff are well trained scientists, with many years of experience in the examination and cryopreservation of sperm, certified by the European Society of Human Reproduction (ESHRE) for the performance of sperm analysis.
Our Team
The scientific staff of CRYOGONIA are well-trained Biologists specialized in the field of Laboratory Seminology. Their postgraduate studies have been effectuated in well-known Greek and European Universities achieving Master’s and / or doctoral degrees. All the laboratory members participate in a strict system of Internal Quality Control, which requires, among other things, their continuous training and evaluation of good laboratory practice.
Lina Evgeni
Director – Reproductive Biologist, M.Phil University of Nottingham U.K., Ph.D Democritus University of Thrace
Dr. Lina A. Evgeni, graduated from the Department of Biology of the School of Sciences of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, in which she was admitted first among the candidates of her year.
She then studied by scholarship at the Medical School of the University of Nottingham in Great Britain, from which she obtained a Master’s degree (M.Phil).
